By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. hhi77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance will be forfeited in full.

The hhi77 Platform is intended for personal entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, as part of a commercial enterprise, or in connection with any professional betting syndicate. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

hhi77 may require identity verification (KYC) at registration, upon request, or prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh. You agree to provide accurate and complete documentation as required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspended withdrawals or temporary account restriction.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the hhi77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hhi77 accepts no liability for any use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

To use the hhi77 Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. All information provided at registration must be truthful and complete. hhi77 reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading registration information is discovered at any time, regardless of the account age or balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your credentials with any other person. hhi77 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is treated as having been carried out by you.

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect your ability to complete KYC, receive funds, or recover access to your account in the event of a lost password.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one hhi77 account at any time. If hhi77 determines that a person holds or has held multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through another person's identity — hhi77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any balances. This policy applies regardless of whether each individual account appeared compliant in isolation.

You may request closure of your hhi77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method before closure. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, the account may be closed immediately upon request.

hhi77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. hhi77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or shared wallets. hhi77 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with responsible platform operation. hhi77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to delay or withhold payment of any winnings pending verification, and to report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities where required. Any attempt to use hhi77 to launder funds will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement.

All bonuses issued by hhi77 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be cancelled along with any associated winnings, without exception.

Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players subject to eligibility criteria set out in each promotion's terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, per household, and per payment method. hhi77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time or to reclaim bonus funds where eligibility criteria were not genuinely met.

Where bonus abuse is identified, hhi77 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

hhi77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or by email where practicable. hhi77's decision regarding the application of bonus terms in any dispute is final.

A bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the hhi77 system, indicated by a bet ID being generated in your account bet history. hhi77 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion. Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market or game are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a discrepancy between the score shown on the hhi77 platform during live betting and the official result, the official result governs settlement. Casino, crash game, and fishing arcade outcomes are determined by the respective game provider's certified RNG system and are final.

hhi77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where: (a) the bet was placed as a result of a technical error or system malfunction; (b) the market was offered or settled in error; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or other integrity breach; or (d) the account was operating in breach of these Terms when the bet was placed. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account.

• Registering more than one account or registering using false or another person's identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or coordinate betting across accounts.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hhi77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Where hhi77 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, hhi77 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any open bets or pending withdrawals, forfeit any balance held in the account, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. hhi77's determination in such matters is final and binding.

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their hhi77 account at any time via account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the increase takes effect, to prevent impulsive decisions made during active gaming sessions.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options on hhi77 include temporary time-outs (24 hours to 6 weeks) and permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

hhi77 enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement at registration and during account reviews. If you are aware that a person under 21 has access to your hhi77 account, you must contact support immediately. hhi77 will permanently close any account confirmed to belong to a person under 21 and will report such instances where required by applicable law.

hhi77 may suspend an account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) the account is subject to a pending KYC review; (c) hhi77 has reason to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms; or (d) a third party has reported unauthorised use of the account. During a suspension, the account balance is preserved and is not forfeited unless a subsequent investigation confirms a breach.

hhi77 may permanently close an account and forfeit all associated balances where it determines that: the account holder engaged in prohibited conduct as set out in Clause 6; the account holder is under 21 years of age; the account was registered using false information; or the account holder has made a chargeback claim against a deposit made to the Platform.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding breach of these Terms, any valid account balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Where an account is closed by hhi77 due to a Terms breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as determined by the nature of the breach.
